Okay after the disc gets laser burned, When you try to play it, It will load for a few minutes then say there is a problem, then restart loading or send you to the dashboard, well I have the same problem and I found a fix..
PLEASE NOTE THAT, JUST BECAUSE THIS WORKED FOR ME, IT MAY NOT WORK FOR YOU, IM JUST TRYING TO HELP

STEP 1:
Go to
SYSTEM SETTINGS > STORAGE > HARD DRIVE > GAMES AND APPS > gtav
STEP 2:
DELETE these files
gtav - part0
gtav - part1
gtav - part2
gtav - part3
THE FILES THAT SHOULD BE LEFT ARE
Your Last Game Save
Grand Theft Auto V Title Update
[size=10](If this isnt here, you'll have it when this is over)
GTA Online: Beach Bum Update
STEP 3:
Insert Disk 1 and Install it to the HARD DRIVE, if you didn't have the
"Grand Theft Auto V Title Update" File then you should be asked to DOWNLOAD
an update if you are connected to Xbox LIVE!
STEP 4:
Wait for the install to complete, and when prompted, INSERT DISC 2, the game should work
without flaw, It should work without the Install again, but If you have to, repeat the process, good luck
