Really?
Everyone gets mad, so, I could go and kill someone because I'm mad at them?

You could have taken the somewhat respectable and debatable view of 'They were Sinners' but I guess not.
Also, Jesus and God are the same person/thing.
Either way though, most of those points that GTO brought up were in fact God's orders given to men through prophets, or direct acts of God himself.

Not quite the response i was expecting.
As Sixsmith was saying getting mad does NOT justify such crimes against humanity .

God has been a part of over 65% of people's lifes' worldwide for over 3,000 years. What don't understand is why isn't there any proof of his existence?

Klaw wrote You know, I'm not trying to offend anyone, but yes. I am a Christian. I believe in everything that's in the bible.

At Jesus' crucifixion, the Roman were experts at everything, especially this. They recorded everything and everyone that was crucified, and they have in fact found the thing they wrote in and there was a man named Jesus' in there.

There also have been many many men try to state how God isn't real, but no one has yet to come up with how he's isn't real.

Just think about our bodies for a second, cells, how they replicate, transfer, go through cycles and all that biology stuff. It just didn't happen by 'nature'. That's where God comes in.

They have found things in the bible to be true. So I do believe it. But again I'm not trying to offend anyone by this. I could go on and on about this. But I won't.

I do believe in God and everything in the bible. :satisfied:

Why has this comment go 6 upvotes?

Complete nonsense.

1) That's not how proof works, by your logic I could argue that unicorns and pixies exist when clearly they don't. Assume something is untrue until it has been proven.

2) That's exactly how it happened "by nature" pick up a elementary science textbook and you will see, ever heard of Darwin?

The universe was created ~13.8 billion years ago. There is a plethora of evidence to back this up. Go ask any physicist. So do you people who believe in everything that the bible says dispute this number?

I believe in God, I believe that Jesus also existed. But I believe in Science. I believe that God is the afterlife, and the only thing he really has to do with is sinners/non-sinners. Sinners go to hell/non-sinners go to heaven. And I believe Jesus existed but he was only just a guy who preached about God. I believe the world was created by science, however it may be, it was science who created the world over time.
I was raised Catholic but we did not practice it much, and my Aunt supposedly had an Exorcism back when she was 5-6 years old. And she doesn't remember any of it. We are Sicilian.
I do believe in the Devil also, doesnt mean I practice worshipping him.
I also believe in the people in the Quaran too, but the main difference between Christianity/Islam is the fact of who they Worship, Christians worship Jesus, Islamics worship (I think) Mohammed to be the real Son of God.
(I do not believe anyone to be the Son of God

Or we could just not bring religion into this section like the rules state.
Seriously can't you just agree to disagree? I don't believe in God, but I'm not gunna sit here and argue with someone that does. Believe what you want, and let us believe what we want.

He said "My Take On God"
Not "My Take On God That You Should Believe"

And we aren't arguing, not that I know of..

It looks like arguing to me. Anyway religious topics aren't allowed because they have too much heated discussions. It definitely looked like arguing. All I'm saying is that it's not a good idea because it always causes disagreements...

You call it arguing, I call it debating. To me this seems like a good discussion.
