What You Should Get:
As the decoding goes on I will add the ciphers I used to the list. This is a little harder seeing as how there are three parts. The answer to this is a sentence. Good Luck to all who participate.

I changed the code because with alphabetical index it categorizes the letters as numbers, and I forgot how many letters I shifted for the alphabet. This should be way more easy.

That looks very close but compared to what I have it's off. But the general code does look like that Ill post what your supposed to get when you decode the binary in a little bit.
