A while back I saw something and didn't think much of it. It was a video (actually Call of Duty Commentary) about a man helping an elderly lady cross the street. Sounds like a cliche but he said his heart just felt better.

Today while coming back from school I was at the train stop. (I have to ride the metro-train back from school.) An elderly man was walking up the stops because the elevator was broken. I had no clue who this man was and had never seen him before.

The man struggles to get up the steps and I arrived while he was maybe 5 steps from the top. I asked if he needed me to carry his bag. He replied "No" and said "I just have bad knees." AS I start my descent down the stairs he looks at me and says "Thank you though, we need more people like you in the world."

I felt a feeling of charity warm in my heart. I than thought what if I could help one person everyday. That's 365 people a year. I know it may be hard to help someone everyday but you have to try.

This is where I challenge you TTG. Can YOU help one person a day or at least try? It could be as simple as helping someone with their groceries or holding a door.

I posted this in a forum for us all to possibly share our experiences.

Did you make a change for the better of the world today?

That's great! See how much of a difference these changes can have on your life and more importantly the lives of others. I used to do my grandparents lawn for free because they have a big property. My grandpa had Alzheimer's but he always could tell with a smile across his face when I would come over.

I ask elders a lot if they need help with their groceries but most say no.

I volounteer every week at this elderly home. Warms my heart to see these old folks think of me as their grandchild. Warms my heart everytime! I honestly hope that people follow your challenge! I will for sure do! Since Christmas is around the corner I'd like to wish you all the best

Enjoy the gold!

Sometimes consoling the ones you care for are what really means the most and that could count as your change for the day!

After school now that it is getting really snowy and slippery I hang around my local hospital and help people out to their cars and carry their things.

That's great! Conditions will begin to worsen here where I live as well. Keep it up!
