What I have to say
-Warrenty Sticker Looks iffy
-I don't have the HDMI part on the sticker in front, and it is bigger then my sticker. I bought mine at Best Buy
-Even if you have the cords, you have to pay for a 60 dollar controller
-You don't have a kinect, which is a big part of xbox one
The only thing that I would be scared about is the sticker, he could've opened it, and its no longer working. Good news however, is if it is fake you can return it. If it doesn't work, he described the product as "undamaged" so you can say that.
Overall opinion, should've bought the regular console online or in stores, not through ebay.

It is definitely real but you have to buy the cords, controller and the kinect (if you want it).
