Zotac GTX 760 VS Gigabyte Radeon R9 270x

Hey guys, I just made a post here about two weeks ago, Against the refurbished 660Ti vs the 270x.
I decided to chose the R9 270X, at 200$ which is the sweet spot for my wallet. I was set on buying this, knowing it was a rebrand of the Radeon 78xx's I believe.
Browsing /r/buildapcsales I saw on Newegg the Zotac GTX 760 is 200$ as well, being knocked down fro 250$.
Which one should I go for? I know Gigabyte is a more popular brand, and their R9 270X has 3 fans compared to the GTX 760's 1 fan.
