You don't need to disable FSD plugin I connect perfectly fine, just don't join a different server stay in the main lobby. Other than that I don't really know what to suggest. I have both consoles plugged directly into my router so I have no issues. Make sure if they are not plugged in that they share the same network connection and if that still doesn't work make a 3 way bridge with your LAC and your two consoles.

But if you do join a dif server one time you have to disable fsd then use it again and do what you said.

Check your dashlaunch settings, make sure pingpatch is disabled. That's honestly the only thing I can think of...

Its depending on which patch he got which was made during a TU, find out where that patch from, like TU.
