i just geting offline, can someone tell me how i get it online?

You can download the iFruit app on your real life phone and customise is on there (you can only change it once so make sure you like what you changed it to).

1.Go on the ifruit app
2.press los santos customs
3.press your online charcter
4.just press order
5.wait until it's been delivered
6.go into the mod shop in gta
7.and it should be there

I did exactly that, but the online does not appears my custom plate, the offline has
