The PS4 had multiple problems. There's only under 5000 out of over a million people who had faulty Xbox's which is better than what PS4 had. So I'd suggest getting your facts straight because the PS4 problems were way more serious and at least Microsoft attempted to help people day one, Sony ignored everyone's complaints because they were too embarrassed by their poor excuse of a console. The Xbox one is far better than the PS4 and everybody on here knows it whether they say it or not.
