My friends on 360 aren't receiving my messages or party invites. Are we able to communicate with them? Are we able to play in the same server on CoD Ghosts? If not i'm returning the One. Not everyone has $500 for a console, I want to talk to my friends...

You can't talk or play cross platform unfortunately. Xbox 360 to Xbox 360 or Xbox One to Xbox One.

Kind of sad really.

You can send messages to people on 360 but you can not talk in parties to people on 360.

That just seems really stupid... You could play in the same game in Halo 2 whether you had the 360 or original Xbox, why couldn't they do that now?

There 2 seperate consoles man. I don't recall MS saying anything about cross platforming. I'm sure there are a few things you can do like send the messages but, things like parties is a definite no.

Because you're playing on 2 different architectures. Xbox One uses dedicated servers, Xbox 360 does not.

Xbox 360 and the original Xbox are 2 different consoles and you could be in the same Halo 2 server. I'm just saying they could've easily made it possible but they're thirsty for $
