Ehh, this is the average tactics of Sony. They have done numerous dirty marketing tactics to get in front of the competition. They have a second hand tax on their products and the company that sells their products give a certain fee back to Sony. They also had adware that would install on your pc a few years ago from one of their products ( can't remember what it was) . And much more.

No, JTH, after numerous people claimed they had broken PS4's microsoft sent playstation a pic over twitter saying 'congratulations on your launch sony' that is not well mannered and very sarcastic, especially when microsoft are ripping you off..
