Anytime you would knife someone, shoot them instead. If you're trying to run around point blanking people all the time, you're gonna get smoked and go negative. Just wait for opportunities to do it.

Put a silencer on your gun so people don't know where you are on the mini map, equip Dead Silence, Marathon and Agility so you can run quieter, faster and longer. Try get behind the enemy and sneak up on them.
That's how I got my PB kills.

I would rush flank around the enemy's when your behind them just go close to them and get point blank kills, also use silencer and amplify and dead silence, good luck
