Yes, there is.. They haven't unlocked EVERY rank yet..

The highest rank right now is General Grade 4.

They may release a new credit cap, but there is a good chance they won't.

no this is what i mean like is their a cap of how many credits you can earn a day like it used to be 60000 what is it know

There is no rank cap anymore you can go all the way to REAL max level now. here proof...
