What is everyone's prediction on whether or not there will be modded lobbies and modded consoles for Xbox One?

There may not be modded lobbies that quick but as stats carry over you will be able to mod on the 360 and they will carry over to the xbox one

There will be eventually weather it takes a day or a year there will be mods of some sort.

Does anyone not remember what microsoft said? You're aloud to mod games IF and i mean IF the game creators aloud it on there game. So for Cod? i can't see that happening lol. but for minecraft? I hope to god they will and they should since it's.... idk MINECRAFT cause if they don't, that be a big no no for them and they will look bad.

So for the "Modded console" i really don't see the point of needing it but that's just me lol.
