I'm currently 100 sync on ac4 on everything except for 1 missing treasure map according to my progress tracker.

As a completionist, I have gone and sought on the map on every island, but to no avail.

Does anyone have an idea where this map may turn up at?

(I've searched high and low on the map thoroughly aswell, to clarify.)

I need one more as well, it's in the Mediterranean Sea.
Haven't unlocked it yet but I'm getting there.
The mission you have to do is 'Great Reputation II'
