Wanting to focus on footsteps in game as well really...

If it was me I wouldn't spend such a ridiculous amount of money on a headset unless I had a growing stream or youtube channel. I think that you should just buy a middle classed one that does the job.

I use the Turtle Beach PX5 and its really easy to set up and loooks pretty good... i hear everthing and u alsocan edit you sound settings on every preset (it has 8 presets i think :p)

I would say neither , just get A40s. there is no need to pay extra money for batteries to charge your headset / waiting for it to charge. A40s have better sound quality than the A50s , go watch TmarTns video about the Astros.

I Have the turtle beach x12 they are the best around good quality great sound and can hear footsteps all for 60 dollars!

I have both but the Turtle Beaches are less durable and heavier than the Astros

I have the Astro A40's, best headset ever. WAAAAYYYY better than Turtle Beaches if you're willing to put the money into it.
