yeah that really sucks for him because he did not do anything wrong. he paid for the console and target sent it to him early. i bet target is gonna be in a lot of trouble lmao

I'm pretty sure he was banned for leaking all of this content. And I'm sure for being online.

Despite there probably being NDA's, I'd still complain to MS. It's the retailers fault for shipping him out an early console.

Maybe Microsoft has a preset, so that if anyone were to connect before release then they would be temp banned until date of release.
