Ok so im making my rgh but when i go to get the nand using j-runner it comes up with
version 01

As JTAGUK suggested, check all of your soldering mate.
Ensure all of your JR programmer/nand x wires are correctly soldered to the correct points for reading and writing the nand.
Remember to use flux, and a good quality 15 - 30 watt soldering iron.
Would not advise using a 30 watt iron, unless you have had good practice with a 15 watt iron first, or you may burn away the pads on the motherboard.
Having a multimeter also comes in handy, for checking cold solder joints and detecting a bad connection.
JRunner has all the pics you need, under image tab nand-x slim, then whichever motherboard type you have, corona or trinity.
Once you know your soldering is good, remember you do not power on your console when reading or writing the nand.
As this could damage your nand-x or JR programmer v2.
When you have plugged your usb cable into your pc, which is connected to the nand-x/JR programmer, Power supply plugged into your motherboard.
Open JRunner and under the Xebuild tab on the right of the app. Where it say's motherboard and Nand Type, click on the little ? button and it should detect your nand correctly and give correct flash status.
Then you should be good to go and read/write the nand.
Make around 2 nand dumps and save them in a safe place on your pc.
Jrunner will compare both nands to ensure they are the same.
Check to see if they were any bad blocks before creating and writing a new nand image.

Could you please give us more details on your install?

Soldering/RGH/JTAG Experience: Novice/Intermediate/Advanced
Glitch Hardware used: Matrix glitcher/Slim Proto/Coolrunner rev C/CR3 Lite?
More details would be good mate, also if you could upload a few good quality pics of your soldering.
Include pics of coolrunner/nandx/JR Programmer installed to the motherboard, and ensure they are close up shots and not too blurry.
I can definitely try and help you out with your install mate, as I have RGH'd a fair amount of consoles.
