No one has been banned for doing it as of yet, but i remember when Mincraft came out i gave it to my mate and he got banned for 9999years or something stupid like that, plus CoD is a bigger game and it's basically Theft so i don't recommend it.

Yeah I suppose with call of duty it is different, especially with the amount of people posting it on this website, IW will be looking into it soon if not already I am guessing, whether they do anything about it that's a different matter.

You don't get banned. I've license transferred every DLC a of BO2 to my friend and we both can still play.

Pre-Play wrote why would they give you the option to do it then ban you?

Because it is really supposed to be used if you get a new console but people take advantage of things.

License transfer is a aloud but if you are talking about just downloading without using the license transfer then you have a chance of getting banned because license transfer let's you download one thing once every 3-6 month but if you are just downloading then you can download as much as you like and you have a big chance of getting caught

you didn't get luck you also don't need to license transfer but that's another story all games come with two license there is a local license and a roaming license
