Alright I live in the west coast and right now the time over hear is 5:40 pm and I was wondering if I can buy the uk version of ghost and play it before it comes out here rep to whoever helps answer

You would have to make a new acc in UK locale. But beware it may not be region free

Yes. Switch your Locale to Australia or Austria (can't remember which one) and you can buy it for $99. Haha
