exactly, all create a class unlocks stay with that particular soldier.

That is I fact wrong. I have gold for my Honey Badger and if I were to start a new soldier and equip him with that gun, I can chose gold. I've tested it. (Btw, one of your soldiers has my last name "Barajas". I thought that was pretty cool!)

In the video, one of his soldiers is 10th prestige and one is second, so no.

So can you skip all nine and just unlock 10th prestige?

NO , prestige isn't determined on what character you presiged with but rather how many times you have done it.

That looks really cool i will be doing what you have done i.e. one sniper character , then etc ...
