What are you getting the PC for?

Each of them will be good in there own way..

If you tell me the purpose such as gaming, editing etc. I can help you..

All the 4GB Specs seem similar, you should check the minimum requirements for the games you wish to play and make sure each of them pass the test then choose.

I'd advise taking a look at Tom's guide before purchasing the 770: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Seeing as they are all the exact same GPU, they will not "be good in *their own ways," rather they will all perform on the same level, minus the card with only 2GB of VRAM which may perform slightly worse than the others with 4GB.

OP, I would recommend this R9 280X over a GTX 770.

For that price I'd go for an R9 280x:
280X(Has very good coolers): [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Doesn't work like that. The memory is the amount of frames the card can store before outputting it to the display. Hence why if you use a 1080p screen 2GB is fine, if you use a higher resolution screen, or multiple you may want more. Other than that you don't need to worry about how much VRAM the card has.
