Wanted to make an intel based build for my next gaming pc. My budget was around $750, and I did want to be able to overclock in the future, after I get a little more money to buy a closed loop watercooler.

Case wasn't really a hard choice, so as long as it does the job.

Modular power supply is a must. I understand 620w is overkill, but this is the only modular power supply that's a good price from a reliable brand(don't like corsair cx series). Also plan to upgrade graphics card later on, so 620w is somewhat justified

Any suggestions? If you come up with a better build for the same price, feel free to post it.

I'd use an AMD build for this budget.
If you use AMD CPUs, you can get a lot better results.
Used a fully modular 650W power supply leaving enough room to upgrade to a better graphics card later on, if you can spend another 20$-30$ you can get a HD7970.

Promo codes will make the price lower. If you want a CPU cooler to overclock, I'd suggest the Enermax ETS-T40-TB.
