I'm getting both consoles on their respective release dates along with a partner I run a business with, however we've concluded we only need one PS4, and we only really need the PS4 around this time NEXT year. I did want both consoles originally, however in looking at the games being released, the only game that seems interesting to me on the PS4 is Killzone, everything else I can get on the xbox..

What are some features / exclusives / etc that could lean me toward keeping the PS4.

The reason I'm thinking of getting rid of it right after the launch is because christmas prices are going to be extremely high, especially if they run out of stock everywhere like they did with the current gen on their release.
