Yes. If you go on the Legendary Motorsport website while online you can buy two variations of it. There is the 9F which is the hard top (personally I don't like it) or the 9F Cabrio which is the convertible (I prefer the look of the convertible to the hard top.

The hard top price, I believe, is $120K whereas the Cabrio is $130K.

Yes, but you can't make it your personal vehicle due to the fact that the car will already have a tracker on it.

Personally, If you were to make your money in a legit way, I would suggest Racing on 'Downtown Underground'. Even if their are two people in the race, the winner will win 5k. And if the game is full, you can win up to 13k!
That's how I made my money up to 500k, just races:)
