Gigabyte GTX 770, but you can downgrade to the 760. 770 is a little pricey.

What is the pc for? Is it for gaming, if so then get rid of the i7 and get an i5 4670 if you dont plan to overclock, and if you do then i5 4670k no need for 16 gb of ram get 8gb (again if this is just for gaming. And you downgrade the power supply from 850w to 800

Keep the i7 but either get a non K version as it will save you some money or spend a bit more on a decent cooler for overclocking.

If you dont plan on overclocking, don't get a Z77 chipset motherboard. As all that performance will be wasted by a CPU at stock clocks.

What I'd do is get a 4770 (non K) a nice B85 chipset motherboard with all the features you need, and save some money.

Otherwise it is going to be so unbalanced and you won't ever use it's full potential.
