Need a logo for realism unit

I need a logo for my realism unit for Arma 3. The name of it is "Eleventh Hour"
We are trying to go for a military insignia/unit patch look.

We need "Eleventh Hour" written on the top of the insignia like this where it says "15th Airlift Squadron"
Where it says "Special Operations" we need that to say "Civilian Contracting Combat Support."
THIS IS ONLY A REFERENCE

The color scheme were shooting for is red, grey, black, and white. It doesn't have to strictly be those colors so anything you come up with is acceptable as long as the color scheme is reasonable. (no pink)
