Alright guys. So, with the Rockstar Cloud Servers not saving it causes problems.
One of these problems include buying something and the product you buy is saved, but your money is given back to you.
Try this with a 100k car first, to see if you do it right.
Just to clarify, the outcome of this glitch is about your timing and internet connection, so not everyone is gonna get it.

Steps
1. Make sure your on a regular online session.
2. Go on any website to buy something on your phone.
3. Buy something
4. As soon as you click "order/buy" press start, go to online, and leave GTA Session or basically go to Single Player
5. When single player loads, go back to a regular session.
6. Check money, look for what you bought
