YOU HAVE TO BE OVER LEVEL 30 WHEN HOSTING FOR YOU AND OTHER PLAYERS TO GET ANY RP. 1. Host criminal record (find it by clicking pause, online jobs host job r* created, go to races and there it's is )
2. Turn catch up off. Custom vehicle on. Traffic on and wanted level on.
3. Change split times to personal time not world record.
4. Set laps to 3
5. Invite players in. Works best with two because it's quicker.
6. When you complete a lap you will get a big white bar of rp.MAKE SURE YOU BEAT YOUR FIRST LAP TIME. Around 1.5 bars will appear no matter your level .you get 1k for going through checkpoints and 1.4k for finishing first. In total around 7k rp a race.

do you have to be labeled as a "bad sport" to get the 7k? i was doing this earlier and i did not recieve anywhere near 7k, it was like 875 RP.

Its not the RP you get at the end of the race, its the RP during the race, therefore it doesn't tally at the credit screen for the race. Just watch your exp bar when you do a lap

Also don't crash into other people as it will slow you down and you won't get as much rp
