"Almost everyone did it, so they gonna ban 95% of the game?"
"It was not my fault, Rockstar left it in the game"
"Rockstar did not patch it, so I assume it was not a glitch"
"Many people did it because rockstar let this happened"
"I only glitched because I lost my character"
The quotes above are what I read in the GTA forums today. These are ignorant people who heard of a ban wave and basically said what I wrote above.
When you first entered online you agreed to the terms and conditions. Did you guys forget about that? Oh my! Well let me refresh your memory for those who forgot, or did not read it at all.
When you entered GTA Online, you agreed to their terms and conditions as well as Xbox Live. The one part I am really interested in is this part of the document:
"Do not exploit game vulnerabilities or glitches."
"Do not cheat in a game unless cheats have been deliberately enabled by the developer."

For those who are complaining that rockstar is responsible, well guess what, they are not. You chose to exploit their vulnerable glitches. If you found this glitch then you should have reported it to rockstar so they can patch it. They found out so late because no one actually reported, they just exploited it until they reached millions of dollars. Think you are cool with all the money from your car sales. You are upset that people who replayed missions are not getting banned. Want to know why? Its because it is not exploiting, its called farming. It is not illegal in any way. (But it is boring). You guys are glitching cars and exploiting the glitch for your rank/money online. When you are reset, know this: YOU AGREED TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE, TERMS OF USE, AND CODE OF CONDUCT.
If you want to comment negatively to this, go ahead. This only means that you took advantage of glitches and is getting reset soon. Now stop ranting on this site about how dumb the ban wave will be. I understand Badsports but complaining about getting banned for car glitching is ridiculous. You exploited the game, you knew what was at stake, and now you will pay for it. Go ahead sell the game, its not like rockstar is losing any money, you already bought the game. LOL

When i joined online, I don't remember being a terms of service i had to agree too
Don't see why everyone is saying theres going to be a ban hammer since there is nothing about them banning on any official R* site

Did i kill you in the tank i bought? Did i blow by you in my fully upgraded cars?
Or are you mad because i didn't pay your mom child support so you couldn't pre order cod ghost? You are a HOMO if you don't know that means you like men
What does buying a tank have to do with the ban wave conspiracy? Seems like you are a Car glitcher yourself taking it out on someone who didnt exploit, Me.

I glitched my money back because I lost everthing twice so it's only fair. ;)
