Do you mean like the way you tuned it in single player? Because if that's what you want that's not possible. But if you want it without the tunings and just the vehicle it might drive around. Haven't payed attention to that type of car but could be driving around LS.

You can, you just have to search for it around downtown LS. I've seen plenty, but don't take my word because they could already have a tracker, therefore they can't be stolen.
