Like to perform it do you need 5 star skills and flair or what?

You just need 5 star skills. I've found the Flair trait really doesn't do anything.

Should be. LT + X or LT + X and A for a Fake Rabana.

Yea that's what I thought too but I can't seem to get it to work

You need either 3star+ skills w/ the flair trait or 5star skills
