8. Drive into LSC with your personal vehicle and it should give you the option to sell it.
9. Sell it, and once SOLD is shown, VERY QUICKLY go into the store, and back out once in.

How To:
Simply drive around the course, on the first lap you should see a huge white bar of XP, then throughout the rest of the race you will see little small fractions of RP filling up your bar.
Note:
When doing this some of the time I would seem to not get the huge bonus of XP going through the first lap. I did some figuring out and for me it seemed as if I had a place going through the first lap that would maximize my XP. This position was second, and never changed. I always got the most going through in second.
