I cannot wait till i get on TTG when the Xbox one comes out just to see how many people are having problems with their systems. I will be getting one but when i got the 360 on launch it got red ring of death twice. once was about a week after i got it and the second was about an hour after i picked up my replacement (don't live far from best buy). They always have problems in the beginning so i will be waiting atleast 6 months before getting an xbox one. Who agree's?

It's impossible for a brand new 360(the old ones) to get RROD in one day.... And the one will be fine, the 360 slim has no problems so why would the one?

I agree with there probably being some bugs, but I don't think they will be of the same magnitude as the 360 launch.. It's 8 years later and technology has changed since then, I don't think the problems will be as bad.

how is it impossible if it happened to not just me? and i didn't say one day? i said about a week after i got it for the 1st one i got and after it got RROD i got the replacement because i had a one year warranty, and when i brought that one home i played for about an hour or two and go it again. My slim works fine too, but xbox one is gunna have problems at launch no doubt, so i won't be getting one for about 6 months so i can wait for bugs to be fixed.

The one might have like dashboard problems but I highly doubt technological problems....it's 8 years later.
And your 360 was most likely not new. I had a original 360 for 4 years before it got RROD and I played 4-6 hours a day.

i got it 1st day of launch, i stood in line for almost 4 hours. like is said it will have bugs and thats the reason i'm waiting. They always have bugs, smartest bet is to wait is what i'm saying. Also you should read my replies carefully before commenting on them, i've said i got it day of launch an it was brand new acouple times so i don't understand why you said it wasn't new?

Not the replacement one.... Lol.
And I stood on line for 6 hours with friends too and all of ours lasted years.
I'm saying your 1st one was obviously messed up and your replacement one was most likely someone else's messed up one not fixed(that happens).

^^ yeah we all have different experiences, the second one was probably one they knew had RROD and just put it in the box (knowing the best buy near my house). The slim has lasted me a very long time and i only get a overheating error when the hard drive pops out alittle bit. i play alot of COD about 6-8 hours a day and then i have school and work so it just sits and collects dust.

At least we can agree your second one was some one being lazy most likely
But I think the one may have bugs but nothing like the RROD. I believe they learned from their mistakes.
