I'm trying to give a car to a friend so he can sell it and get 9k, but it he can't sell it because its mine

just hand it too him and then he puts it in his garage but if its a "High End" vehicle they will need to buy it themselves

You buy a tracker for another car, he takes your old one. Simple as that.
