There's no set time limit. Just come in, commend, and get commended. Just try to stay for a little while.

Update at 2:28 AM Eastern Time: Back in a private thing and ready to do this some more.
First of all, this is not a mission lobby. If you are looking for one, look for one of the millions in this section.
This is a lobby for those of you who are bad sports and want to get back to good, but don't want to wait however long you need to.
All you need to do is post you GT. I will invite you to a private lobby.
Once in, do the following:
1. Hit start
2. Go to the online tab
3. Select "players"
4. Select a player
5. Choose "commend"
6. Choose the "helpful" one
7. Repeat 4-6 for all in the game
Please do step 7. Don't be the scrub who wants all the commends but doesn't want to give any.
Also, I know you got the bad sport title from being a d!ck and killing people, but please refrain from that in this lobby. We are just in here too get back to good.
I will just be driving around, but will commend you when you come in. Please stay in the lobby for a little while after you join, so that if new people come in you can commend them and they can commend you too.
