The 3DS has unfortunately not been emulated as of yet...

Nope. Highly likely that their won't be one either for a LONG LONG time. All links saying that one exists are all 100% scams that want you to do surveys or lead you to some sort of compromisation of money to receive nothing. If you want Pokemon X or Y (I'm assuming that is a primary reason.) just save up for a cheap used 3DS and buy the game.
