I know a lot of people are waiting ages for him to call but If you get to Rank 30 you can request a Job off of him.
1)Play Violent Duct until Rank 30
2) When you are level 30 call Ron and Request a Job
3)If you dont get the Job cancel it and wait 30 seconds and call again until it comes up.
