I saw that the 400k apartment and they 200 something k apartment is the same except for the view? So it still worth buying the 400k apartment? Do they both come with 10 car garages?

Can anybody confirm if the 200K apartment has a 10 car garage or not?
I want to show off to my friends by having a garage and an apartment but the cheapest 10 car garage is about 105K which doesn't give me much money to buy an apartment with.
If it doesn't come with a 10 car garage does anybody know what the cheapest apartment is that comes with a 10 car garage?
