Just to let you know you can get your FIFA points refunded but don't go to ea as i did and they just said that they are not going to give me anything in return for the problem so i decided to go to microsoft and within 3 days i should be getting my full refund!

If you would like to speak with a customer support person follow this and also go along the lines of what i said in my chat and you should get a refund!

Go to support.xbox.com/en-GB/contact-us
click games > Season Pass & DLC > Chat With Microsoft Support

I should hear from them by tomorrow latest. I contacted them in the 29th and they said 3-5 days.
