Hey every one i started up a crew for GTA Online and I'm looking for members to join but of course there are guidelines that i recomend you follow:
Guidelines
[*] Should be Serious
[*] Recomend being ages 14+
[*] Must have a working mic
[*] Recomend being online/active often
[*] Have a good additude and be respectful to other crew members

Also don't be a douche bag and say that this is some runscape/COD clan BS because it isn't. I'm just looking for people who are interested in joining and want to have fun but be serious at the same time. Please note that if you are already in a GTA Online crew, your application may or may not be accepted depending on the size and rep of the crew you are already in. Also any PERSONAL information you give or tell to me will ONLY be between YOU and I, and no one else will know, just me, You have my word on that.
If you are already in a crew, you may not be accepted until you are not belonging to any crew. If you join my crew and you join another crew without telling me that you did or that you did not request to leave my crew and just ignored my crew, you will be kicked and unfriended from my crew and friends list.

Hello I am the leader of LLSC and I have prepared this topic for you guys hopefully you appreciate it and read it and hopefully join my crew in the end.
STORY
I was born In the city of los Santos growing up wasn't easy we had a lot of pressures on us. I was always picked on by the gangs they used to make me do stuff, stuff im not proud of but I wasn't going to let that get in my way. I left high school early and started up a gang at the time we were called middle street bangers we thought this was great. at this time I was aged 16 we had a partnership going with other gangs, we made and sold meth it was a great way to make money, as we sold more and more meth we became more notorious for selling it and one day we got our safe house raided by the police I did 7 years for that I will never forget that day. now that im 23 people think that I would know what to do but I don't, I don't have any money I don't have any friends im on my own, I thought the only way out was suicide until I remembered my friend josh from middle street bangers he only done 6 years when we got raided. I managed to catch up with him and we had a long talk in the end we talked about a new gang we thought of a name LittleLSCrew, that was our new tag, after our talk we got straight into recurting members we now have 11 strong and able members.
RULES

ROLES OF MEMBERS
Leader
This is the person that makes final decisions on everything goes , nothing is done until he or she says so they also have the most control over everything (EG RANKS, MONEY , CARS , POWER AND HIESTS.
Commissioners
This is the leaders right hand man/men they help decide what goes and doesn't they have not got as much power.
Lieutenants
These are the people that make sure other people are doing there job they have to give jobs and make sure they are done right they also have to make sure heists are done right and we get all the money accounted for.
Representatives
These are the people who have to gives us a good name , they have to make us look better and more powerful by getting our name out there and known, they are the ones who make people fear and hate us.
Muscle
These are the people who do the dirty work, get jobs done and done right. we also have to rely on these people because they are the people who do the heists do the raids and get the money.
PS: ALL RANKS GET EQUAL AMMOUNT OF MONEY SHARED BETWEEN EVERYONE AFTER HIESTS, ROBBERIES AND RAIDS.
TRAINING
We will have training sessions every so often just to make sure people are up to standard
In these training sessions we will be acting out raids
we will also be doing role plays
we will need 8 or more people to do a training session
in order to make people attend the training sessions (if you miss more than 3 you will be demoted.
if you cant be demoted you will get warnings if you get 2 or more you will be suspended form the crew for a matter of time.

What we will be doing
For the first two weeks of GTA Online, we are getting ready for the heists which come out in two weeks with the Beach Bum Pack. From then on, We will be doing heists 24/7
What you can gain
After each heist, the money will always be split equally. Gaining money is key. We also do missions all the time when heists are not available and you'll always be asked if you wish to participate. If you are a low rank in the crew, don't expect to be invited in place over the higher ranks
The few rules
There aren't many rules but the ones you should follow are
1) Do not be aggressive to other crew members
2) If a crew member is in trouble, help them out
3) The main owners don't really play with others so invite friends to play with them as part of the crew
4) If there are any problems, PM me here on TTG, Send me a message on Xbox GT: xMichaelll or send me a message on Social Club
