But again opinion doesn't really change what you are.
Of course people can have their own opinion on him (biased or not) but that doesn't take away how much of an arse he is. I imagine if Arsene Wenger were as cocky or as arrogant as Jose, you'd be saying the same thing as me.

I try to judge any footballers/managers by what they contribute to the game

If you were a Chelsea fan, you'd end up like it...
Especially if you've been captained for many years by a controversial racist

I think our debate all ties down to how you define liking someone... If it is a personality thing, Mourinho can be seen as an ass. I have to say can be because some people like arrogance (sadly).

He accomplished things at teams that were already fighting for their respective titles.
No one was close to challenging Porto to the title back then. At Inter he managed the best team in the Serie A. Juventus, Milan and Roma weren't good enough to challenge them. At RM he had arguably the best squad in the world.
