so xbox one comes in November but it comes to Finland in 2014 And that means i have to get Ghosts for 360 So when i get Xbox one later will my Online Progress transfer to the Xbox one Game?

Yes it will transfer over because your online progress is link to your account, but your single player will not transfer over because its on your xbox360 hard drive, same for any game.
