I was just browsing through Facebook when I saw [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and it really touched me. It really is such a small act of kindness, but people just don't do it. In the video you see all of the everyday people just driving past and he is the only person to stop and help. It literally took him just one minute of his time and he really did help out somebody in need. The world really needs more people like this.

I love that even though it's a small act, it gives off a much larger effect

Great person!

Agreed, there is not enough people like that in this earth, what there is however is a small amount of people who are, and those people have enough kindness to out match all that do not.

Its not just the aspect of them driving past without doing anything however, look at it from another point of view for a second before you jump to conclusions though. That man was on a bike, its a lot easier to see your surroundings and have more awareness of locations and events. In a car you generally look forward and have quick glances to the side, from a quick glance it could just seem she is not moving, or looking at the flowers.

However I see your point, there is still people who would have seen her and noticed she was stuck and just went past without a care, those people are horrible people still, although take into consideration my point above.

There are far too many people in the world who just walk by and watch things like this happen without even blinking an eyelid.

I've made a post before about how disgusted I feel when I see how people treat homeless people.

A few minutes of your time, and a few pounds or dollars or whatever out of your wallet can make such a huge difference to those who are in need.

I always try my best to help people if they need it.

Unfortunately... There are so many times you can't do anything to help.

That's what makes me a people person. Does my life amount as much as someone else's?

I have, and always will put the safety, comfort, and happiness of others in line in front of myself.

There are people out there that care, and love to help and care for people. Only it's not easy to come by nowadays, we've got so many issues, it's like the world wants to help itself.

Quite unfortunate how things work, but the only thing people like me and him can do is try our best to shape the world and its people into something beautiful, instead of molding it out and letting it go to hell in a handbag, regardless of what gets in the way, we'll keep trying to make people happy.
