I got mines going full speed with Franklins ability down a road, but I've yet to beat it doing the same stuff >.>

franklin has a bit of a weird way with physics due to his ablility so it works best to beat records as him

could you post some proof about that? the top speeds cant be changed in-game and the top speed is 250mph for the adder
