So for all of you guys who are doing the money glitch in which you go diving into the water, collect the cash package, and switch characters - here is a small tip.
1. Just mod the damn thing. (a lot easier, either way - you're cheating)
2. The character in which you are switching to, try to make them be in a boat roughly 200 yards or so away from the character that is diving into the water. You can also use a helicopter and be above the water (obviously) but no directly above the other character. This will make the zooming in and out between characters a lot faster, because the cameras are in the general area - making it go from let's say...10 seconds to load to around 2-3.
Enjoy.

Diving for money isn't cheating, it's there because Rockstar wanted you to find these hidden packages
Modding is not what they wanted and it just ruins the game

The package was meant as a one time thing for a nice little cash bonus.
It wasn't meant to be done over and over again.
Hence the word Exploited, look it up... probably to hard for someone with your intelligence to understand anyways.
