A few months ago I downloaded ios7 beta and been through the updates like through 6, but I'm asking if the real update will show up on my phone even though I already have the beta?

the beta is not the final release... and if you dont update within a week your phone will stop working because apple will stop seeding that beta...

what you need to do is make sure itunes is up to date (Version 11.1) and plug in your phone and it will tell you there is an update...

It should update soon. I highly doubt that they would keep you on a Beta if the full version came out.
