My download is soon to finish.
I know you install Disk 1 like dlc..

If i make a Folder called GTA V And 2 sub folders inside that called GTA V Disk 1 GTA V Disk 2 and use Disk 2 to launch the default, will that work?

Extract the files from disc 1 using xbox image browser
*Look for a "content" folder followed by a "0000000000000" folder
* Inside that "0000000000" folder there should be another folder. Copy it
*Paste that folder into your RGH's "content" folder using xex menu
DONE

Firstly my RGH Cost more than a retail xbox.
I also own a retail which i have got Collectors edition pre ordered, if you have the chance to download GTA V you would.

99% of the people who are downloading GTA V are buying it in the stores, They just want to try it out early

Are you mad that you can't afford a Jtag or Flashed xbox to play it early? :trollin:

Instructions for JTAG/RGH Users:

1. The contents of each dvd are this:

DVD1 = Mandatory content Installation. You need this dvd to play the game
DVD2 = Single player + GTA Online

Which means the first dvd is just a normal DLC/additional installation and not an actual game.

2. Setup each DVD like this.

DVD1:

This DVD has to be installed on your console's internal HDD or a USB drive which was formatted using your console. The size of the USB drive should be enough for the entire disc. Extract DVD 1 using Xbox Backup Creator (or any other application you prefer) and copy the 'content' folder from the extracted files to your internal HDD or the external xbox formatted USB drive.

When you transfer your files, they should look like this

HDD:\content\0000000000000000\545408A7\00000002\545408A700000000
HDD:\content\0000000000000000\545408A7\00000002\545408A700000001
HDD:\content\0000000000000000\545408A7\00000002\545408A700000002
HDD:\content\0000000000000000\545408A7\00000002\545408A700000003

i.e. 1 folder called 00000002 and 4 files inside it.
DVD2:

Files from DVD 2 have to be treated like a normal game which means you can either make an ISOrip (using XBC or other apps) and use that on your JTAG/RGH or make the ISO into a GOD container.

NOTE: Do not make a GOD container of the first DVD, your game will not work if you do that.

I'm having an issue with this. I don't have a disk drive, or Microsoft HDD. I have the content for disk 1 to the correct place on the external that I'm using. I just updated to dash 16203, and ran DOA Ultimate, so I know all that's good. When I try to run disk 2 of GTA V the screen just goes black and doesn't change. It doesn't freeze because I can still use the guide button to go back to the dash. I'm really at a loss, and have no idea what could do this. Normally when this type of thing happens a simple update of the dash seems to fix it, but not this time. Any help would be awesome.
