It's been confirmed that you are able to transfer your FUT 13 FIFA Points to FUT 14 when it is released, however I'm wondering if those points will be available for the web-app release on the 15th to buy packs with?

Does anyone know? I haven't looked too much into it, but if anyone has already done some research and found the answer let me know.
