Is youtube somtimes slow at buffering and auto-changing quality to 360p etc for any of you guys today, also is twitch.tv taking longer than usual to load or is it just me?

Youtube was loading up slow yesterday , once loaded was no probelm though

yeah was you getting a black screen whilst it was loading? sometimes needing to refresh the page for it to load?
